Another Do it Yourself! For those grey days (one of which I'm experiencing right now). I've made a similar project to this before, using string instead of lace. However, I think I prefer this design; much more romantic, and way cooler shadow affects.
Basically, all you need is to blow up a balloon, then slap tons of doilies on and slather with glue. Let dry. Then, pop! you've got a beautiful night light!
So grandma chic. Now, shine on.
