The + Napsack

So what exactly was Hannah wearing in last night's episode of GIRLS?
They just kinda glossed over the whole bizarre phenomenon with not so much as a dry remark, leaving audiences worldwide confused and upset.

introducing:
According to their website, "It’s not too hot for inside and is awesome for wearing around the house in the winter."

Yes well it would appear that Hannah would seem to think so as well.
Could this be the next snuggie? Wildly more functional and utilitarian, it's waterproof feature might even convince people to leave the house.

ha ha

and good news, it even comes in hipster child sizes:

Also guess where this company is based. go figure.

Ugly + Baby

How many times have you walked around a museum and thought to yourself "Ugh, all of the renaissance babies are so ugly,"?
Well, good news, there's a blog for that.
Now you can relive those emotions without even needing to enter the Louvre.
I included the commentary from the website for these ones. The other ones you'll have to look up yourself due to profanity, but I'd recommend it cause they're pretty hilarious.

Jan Gossart, The Three Children of Christian II of Denmark, 1526
Oh… Oh God. Those dark, soulless eyes. Kill them. Kill them with fire.

Sebastiano Mainardi, Virgin Adoring the Child with Two Angels

Supermarket + Sarah

My friend Jacob just showed me this ballin website called Supermarket Sarah. In her house near Portobello Road, Sarah makes up interesting designs and compositions of stuff and objects and clothes, then photographs them and puts them on her website.  People can then go and click on them and buy them! They're wonderfully fun and exciting. Below are a couple of my favorite arrangements.
Aren't there just so many things you want to click on??

(I want that blazer with the embroidered lapels!)

Nick + Cave

AHH> obsessed with this artist and needed to share. Nick Cave creates these pieces he calls "soundsuits" which can either be presented on a mannequin or worn by dancers to fully demonstrate the pieces' capabilities in motion.

This show was titled Ever-After and was at the Jack Shainman Gallery in New York. Sadly, the show JUST ended Oct. 8th.
Maybe next time...

This one is definitely my favorite. What a great coat this would make..

Possible Halloween costumes? I think yes.
